The National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha’is of Australia (the “National Assembly”), being the nine-member elected governing body of the Australian Baha’i community respects your privacy and is committed to complying with the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (the “Privacy Act”). The National Assembly operates this website.

This privacy policy sets out how we collect, store and disclose the personal information, of anyone using the website. If you choose to use this website, then you agree to the collection and use of information as set out in this policy. The personal information that we collect is used for providing and improving the service. We will not use or share your information except as described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in the Terms of Use section. We may modify this policy from time to time by publishing it on this website.
